Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Click Fever Media, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which owns and operates Train Your Dog At Home at trainyourdogathome.com (the “Site”). They cover your use of the Site and every product and download you get from us.

By using the Site or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Earnings Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy from us.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to buy from us. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

3. What We Sell

We sell digital products, such as ebooks, guides, and videos. Digital products are delivered by email, by download, or through a page on the Site, usually right after your payment goes through. Nothing physical is shipped.

The price shown at checkout when you buy is the price you pay. By placing your order, you agree that we and our payment processor, Stripe, may charge the card you used at checkout for that price. If you say yes to an extra offer right after your order, that offer’s price, which is shown on its page before you click, is charged to the same card.

4. Refunds

Any guarantee we offer is stated on that product's sales page. If no guarantee is stated, the sale is final, except where the law requires a refund.

If you believe you were charged by mistake, email hello@theconversionengine.com and we will look into it.

5. Your License to Use Our Products

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it yourself. You may not share, resell, copy, publish, or give away our files, guides, or videos, in whole or in part. All content on the Site and in our products belongs to Click Fever Media, LLC or its licensors.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Our products are for educational and informational purposes. We do not promise that you will get any particular result. Examples show what we found or experienced, not what you will get. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer.

7. Platform Independence

Train Your Dog At Home is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform, e-commerce platform, or technology company.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Click Fever Media, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. A change never alters the price of an order you already placed.
